The Cupcake Economy

First cake for the new year, a triple layer black forest cake, soaked in Grand Marnier, covered in chocolate ganache and made with love for my friend Colleen's Birthday.

The beautiful & vibrant Sharon from Scrap 'n' Shop Wauchope asked for a pink & brown fashioned cupcake tower for her friends birthday dinner last night.  I got my little hands on some georgous pink cupcake wraps which really turned them into something a bit more glam, coupled with my own white choc mud cake & marshmallow frosting! Mmmmmm. Hope they were enjoyed as much as I enjoyed making them, and I am looking forward to posting some pics from the party on the actual tower!
