There is nothing quite like "Sharing the Love" so I made these cupcakes for my son to share with his Year 1 school buddies tomorrow.  Happy Valentines Day xxx

One of my beautiful friends Terri has just launched into her own Photography business (Depth Photography), and I thought a camera cake would be fun to make for her.  I had a few issues using the black colouring as I found you can never add enough colouring to get it black enough (even with a dash of red)!, and I didnt have the proper colouring gel so had to use the stuff from the shop which isn't really the best quality!  So here it is, not bad for a self taught cakie I thought!

First cake for the new year, a triple layer black forest cake, soaked in Grand Marnier, covered in chocolate ganache and made with love for my friend Colleen's Birthday.
