The Cupcake Economy

No posts for a while, have been busy getting ready for the Mums & Bub's markets held every month in Port Macquarie, the second Saturday of every month at St Pauls Highschool.  Make sure if you can swing by to drop in and say hello and see all the cool stuff - Plus visit me Queen V :) xxx

Today I worked on these cookies, had promised my cousin Kaylene to send her some cupcakes and cookies, only have had a crappy two weeks either being sick myself or having one or both of the kids home sick. So when I finally got a chance - 2day! my little one had to stay home sick, so I gave it my best shot under the circumstances - note to oneself, piping techniques need a lot of attention (that's why I love working with fondant LOL!!!), but at the end of the day, I love the colours and they didn't turn out as bad as I thought they would. PS: Little cupcake cookies were for Tye out of the leftovers, needless to say they are long gone and I was lucky to even get a photo xxx

Its my georgous Lippy Lou's 16th Birthday on Sunday, wow how time flys! Em loves listening to music so I thought it only appropriate to make her an ipod as her Birthday Cake!  Hope she loves it, and I wish her the happiest and most fun 16th Birthday ever xxxxx Mum

100 Cookies! A tall order as Ive just started out, but what the hell I thought!  so here they are 50 Wands, and 50 Crowns, all hand decorated by Mwuh.  They are for a function at the church my sister attends, I hope they love them as much as I do!

I made a set of 18 Toppers for Jamie's 14th Birthday Party coming up this weekend. Her whole theme is Lady Beatles, and these will be adorning her cupcakes set up on a cupcake tower.  Too cute, I cant wait to see the pictures from her party! Will Post xx
